Thank you for shopping with Senairy. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, and order cancellations.

1. Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping rates:

  • Orders under $50: Shipping fee of $5.99

  • Orders of $50 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes, discounts, and promotional credits.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Promotional events

  • Public holidays

  • Periods of unusually high order volume

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 14 business days after shipment.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Carrier performance

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Seasonal demand

  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within four (4) hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After the initial 4-hour cancellation window has passed, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment stages.

For cancellation requests submitted after 4 hours:

  • Customers will receive a refund of up to 50% of the order value.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking and processing fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation requests submitted after an order has been shipped cannot be guaranteed and may instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Senairy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide updates whenever possible.
