At Senairy, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligible Free Returns (Within 14 Days)

Customers may request a free return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Incorrect color received

  • Wrong item shipped

To qualify for a free return:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and the original product box must be included and remain in the same condition as received.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Other Return Requests

For return requests not covered by the eligible reasons above, customers must provide:

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

  • Clear supporting photographs of the product and packaging.

  • A written request submitted via email to the contact address listed on our Contact Us page.

Senairy reserves the right to review each case individually and determine eligibility for return or refund.

3. Returns Without a Specific Reason

If a customer wishes to return a product without a qualifying reason (for example, change of mind, no longer needed, personal preference, or similar circumstances), the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and the original box.

  • A restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The maximum refund available will be limited to 30% of the original order value.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable fees will not be reimbursed.

4. Return Approval Process

Once your return request is received, our team will review the information provided and notify you regarding approval or rejection of the request.

Approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided by Senairy. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, Senairy will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
